Silk Kaftan Halter Top

Each Casa Nushki piece is made slowly and in very small quantities. The fabrics are carefully sourced deadstock linens and cottons, then cut and sewn in a small women-run studio in Mexico City before being hand embroidered, crocheted, dyed or finished by artisans in Oaxaca.

Many of these details take days or weeks to complete by hand. The price reflects the time, skill, materials and relationships behind each garment - from the women who sew the pieces to the artisans who dye, embroider and finish them.

We produce in tiny runs, often making only one, three or five of each design. Every piece carries human time, physical memory and the knowledge of the women who made it.

One of a kind • Made in Morocco

I found this vintage silk woven Moroccan kaftan in a textile treasure trove in the heart of Fès, a place layered with colour, texture, and history. The vision for this piece came instantly: a halter top that feels luxurious, playful, and entirely unique.

The fabric’s intricate silk weave is complemented by sumptuous velvet straps and our signature pink cotton lining, meticulously sewn for comfort and longevity. It’s the top you’ll reach for when the invite says “jeans and a nice top” - equally at home under city lights, at parties, or on unforgettable dates.

Only one exists. Once sold, it will never be remade.
