At Casa Nushki, every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, handmade with care and intention. Because of the artisanal nature of our work and the uniqueness of each item, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right. If your piece is unworn, in original condition, and you contact us within 7 days of receiving it, we’re happy to offer an exchange. You may:

  • Exchange for another item of equal value, or

  • Pay the difference to exchange for a higher-value item

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, as most of our pieces are one-offs.

In the Rare Case of a Fault

If something is drastically wrong or defective, please email us at [your email] within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description. We’ll always make it right.
