Essay: 'Cochinilla: a colour worth more than gold' by Grace Miller-Trabold
Grace's academic and artistic work engages with decolonial methodology and practice in the arts, and the ways in which art education can build bridges across cultures and geographies. Her focus on land based artistic practices explores the relationship between reciprocal and collaborative art with the preservation of intergenerational knowledge. She is interested in the intersection between justice, creativity, and knowledge in creative ecological spaces, and the ability of craft to empower communities.
