The Sophia Dress draws inspiration from Sophia Loren’s classic cookbook In Cucina con Amore — flirty, feminine, and effortlessly chic. It’s the kind of dress that feels perfectly at home in the Tuscan hills, hair wrapped in a towel, kneading fresh pasta… yet looks just as striking paired with cowboy boots on a city street.

Cut from crisp, lightweight, deadstock organic Irish linen, the Sophia features three tiers, big puff sleeves, and a waist-defining silhouette that flatters from every angle. Around the square neckline, a deep red wine–coloured crochet trim (‘tejido’) adds a rustic, romantic touch.

Each dress is hand embroidered by women artisans in Ocotlán, Oaxaca, using designs first sketched by Alejandra, then brought to life by Zoila and her friends. One Sophia Dress takes six weeks to embroider, every stitch a testament to patience, artistry, and care.
