Welcome to our world of delicate, hand-embroidered flowers — crafted by mothers, sisters, grandmothers, and friends from Ocotlán, Oaxaca, Mexico.
I travelled to Oaxaca to create something that showed a softer, more dainty side of Casa Nushki — her gentle sister, if you will.
On my first trip in 2023, I met Zoila, who became a facilitator and my personal guide to artisanal villages surrounding Oaxaca City. She introduced me to more families in 2024, and together we brought this vision to life. Alejandra draws, crochets, and weaves; Patricia, Agripina, Luisa, another Alejandra, Zoila, and Plautila are our embroiderers, along with some of their friends.
Our friendships have taught me so much — about true female power, spirituality, what really matters, and what commitment and longevity look like in practice. I wanted to honour and value their craft with fair pay and the best quality fabrics, and to build a long-term relationship that weaves together our worlds. This collection is hopefully the first of many.
I designed it for the woman who feels sexy and free, and who celebrates femininity in all its strength and wisdom.
I hope you love it as much as I loved the process of creating it.
